Product can be cut and packed to any specification and there is year round availability.

Sheep are raised in a completely natural environment of extensive agriculture, with natural grass rotation, low stocking densities, and no crop production. There are no animal by-products used in diets. In terms of flavour and tenderness the product is on a par with New Zealand lamb.
